Job summary

Chanel is seeking a Retail Learning and Development Partner to elevate Beauty Advisor training and client experience. You will tailor learning solutions, coach teams, and monitor progress to drive retail performance, with a focus on skin category specialists and therapists.

You will collaborate with boutique leadership to design individual development plans, onboard new advisors, and share best practices across the network. Travel to metro and regional locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty retail or related space.
• Strong coaching and development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Translate and transfer learning into POS executions to improve client experience and performance.
• Elevate learning journeys by identifying needs and curating learning solutions (coaching, on-site training, digital learning).
• Collaborate with Boutique Managers and Sales Leaders to develop individual development plans for retail teams.
• Support onboarding of new Beauty Advisors and Specialists through digital platforms and coaching on products and selling skills.
• Share best practices and boutique strategies with retail leadership to define learning interventions.
• Participate in people development discussions with retail leadership and People and Organisation.
