Job summary

David Jones is recruiting Counter Managers for its Luxury Beauty department across Elizabeth Street, Bondi Junction, Burwood, Chatswood Chase and Hornsby. You will lead from the front, inspire your team with product knowledge and deliver tailored treatments.

A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly desirable. Flexibility to work retail hours, including late nights and weekends, and a passion for the brand will help you build a loyal client base.

What YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

• A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
• Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
• The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
• Passion for David Jones and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.
