WhatYOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

• A Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Makeup Artistry is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working within a customer-centric environment.
• Experience consulting in a beauty environment is highly desired.
• The ability to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same.
• Exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
• Passion for David Jones and Estee Lauder, and the ability to be a representative of both brands.
