Sephora Australia is hiring a Retail Assistant to join our team as Beauty Advisors. You will inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves across beauty, skincare, haircare and wellness, with onboarding training and access to our online learning platform.

Flexibility is required for peak trading days including late nights and weekends, with the potential for an extended contract through January 2027 depending on vacancies.

Formación

• Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.

As ourbusiest daysof trade arebetween Thursday to Sundaythe ideal candidate will be able to provide availability across key trading timesincluding late-night and weekend availability. Please note, you must have full availability throughoutNovember 2026 to January 2027 inclusiveto be considered for this role.
