LagardèreAWPL External Careers in Cairns Airport is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor for MAC / Estee Lauder / Benefit Cosmetics to guide travellers, offer expert beauty advice and deliver a seamless shopping experience. This maternity-cover role runs until 15 January 2028 with shifts starting early.

You’ll be passionate about beauty and fragrance, speak confidently with customers, maintain an insta-worthy store, and adapt to early mornings, weekends and holidays in a bustling airport

Qualifications

• You’re obsessed with all things beauty & fragrance (makeup artistry preferred).
• You can chat effortlessly with customers and help them find their perfect match.
• You have impeccable personal presentation — because you ARE the brand!
• You’re flexible to work early mornings, late nights, weekends & holidays – beauty never sleeps!
• You have the right to work in Australia and can obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.

The Role:

As a Beauty Advisor in Cairns Airport for M.A.C / Estee Lauder or Benefit Cosmetics, your mission is to make travellers feel fabulous! You’ll be their go-to beauty guru, offering expert advice and a seamless shopping experience.

• *29 part time hours on offer! (Maternity leave cover until 15th January 2028)
• *Looking for great availability for shifts predominately starting from 7:00am or 9:00am across weekdays and weekend
