Chanel is recruiting a part-time Beauty Advisor for the Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Marion, Australia. You will act as a Chanel ambassador, delivering tailored client experiences and expert skincare and makeup consultations to build lasting relationships.

You will invite clients back for services, schedule appointments, and promote cross-selling to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have eagerness to serve Chanel clients, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and

• Eagerness and willingness to take care of Chanel clients with good service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationships.
• Retail experience with awareness of sales targets and KPIs is highly regarded.

We are currently recruiting a parttime Beauty Advisor to join our Fragrance and Beauty Boutique in Marion.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Beauty Advisor creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, at every moment and at every point of sale. You will work as an ambassador of the brand to create a unique, genuine and long-lasting bond with the client, while understanding and contributing to business objectives.

The Beauty Advisor working across all axis of Chanel, providing excellent advice and service through the art of storytelling and exceptional client service.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Create a tailor-made client experience and personalized solution for each client visit, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationship with clients. Share beauty tips with clients to educate and inspire them and enrich their experience in using the Chanel products. Conduct makeup services and skincare consultations for clients utilizing your excellent beauty and product knowledge Proactively invite clients to come back for services and schedule appointments. Promote link selling and cross-selling in order to achieve business objectives Show curiosity to learn more in order to nourish the business culture and share trend knowledge, being pro-active in self-learning and development of the wider team.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Eagerness and willingness to take care of the Chanel client, with an understanding of exceptional client service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish emotional connection and build relationships. Previous retail experience and experience with sales targets and KPI’s will be highly regarded Digital trend awareness, with capabilities to embrace changing technologies Curiosity, openness and eagerness to learn. Previous experience in a Fragrance and Beauty environment an advantage
