Chanel, Inc. in Burnside Shopping Centre is seeking a Makeup Artist to create memorable client experiences while driving sales in our new fragrance and beauty boutique.

This 62‑hour per fortnight role emphasises luxury service and expert makeup application, with a focus on building lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate holds makeup qualifications and demonstrates strong customer service in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Makeup as a Makeup Specialist/Artist along with some experience working one on one with clients.
• Customer service experience preferable from a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent knowledge of current Makeup trends and the ability to share your knowledge with clients and your team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish emotional connections with clients.
• A positive disposition and approach to daily tasks, the ability to work within a team, and eagerness to learn.

ABOUT THE JOB

The Makeup Artist creates a unique and memorable experience for each client at every moment and at every point of sale. Combining a commercial mindset with a passion for the client and the product, the Makeup Artist contributes to the brand's image and helps fulfil the Chanel Client relational promise.
