Job summary

Chanel in Marion, South Australia, is seeking a part-time Beauty Advisor to join the Fragrance and Beauty Boutique. You will become an ambassador of the Chanel brand, delivering exceptional client service and tailoring experiences to each guest while supporting sales objectives.

You will perform makeup services, skincare consultations, share tips, and invite clients to rebook, while staying energised by fragrance, makeup and skincare trends and maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Eagerness and willingness to take care of Chanel clients with exceptional service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
• Previous retail experience and experience with sales targets and KPIs will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Create a tailor-made client experience and personalized solution for each visit using Chanel rituals and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Share beauty tips with clients to educate and inspire their use of Chanel products.
