Job summary

Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa, a luxury Accor property, seeks a Food & Beverage Attendant to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. You will suggest standout dishes and beverages, showcasing precision, customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Opportunities to participate in weddings and corporate events abound. Join a resort with iconic dining venues, including Temple of Tastes and Lagoon Bar, and in-room dining delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (valued).
• Ability to adapt across diverse F&B settings and varying schedules (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn moments into memories.
• Demonstrate problem-solving when challenges arise with a positive attitude.
• Elevate dining experiences with personalised food & beverage suggestions.
• Upsell to enhance guest experiences rather than focusing solely on numbers.
• Proactively source information to increase product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with guests and teammates for smooth teamwork.
• Maintain pristine service areas and properly set up/pack service spaces.
