Job summary

Ingenia Holidays is looking for a casual cook to join The Beach House Restaurant & Bar team at our beachfront site in New South Wales. You’ll prepare meals, support service, and help maintain high food quality in a fast‑paced setting.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll work with a friendly team, ensure safety, stock control, cleaning, and proper waste management while delivering memorable experiences for guests and residents.

Qualifications

• RSA/RCG accreditation required where applicable.
• Proven experience in a similar casual dining role.
• Ability to work flexible cafe/restaurant hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and create a positive front‑of‑house atmosphere.
• Maintain safety, security, and food quality standards at all times.
• Manage stock, reduce waste, and use ingredients efficiently.
• Keep kitchen, dining and equipment areas clean and sanitized.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow PPE and MSDS guidelines.
