Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Kitchen Management is required.
• Sound technical cooking skills across grill, oven and stovetop.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices including temperature control.

Responsibilities

• Cook dishes using grills, ovens and stovetops following recipes.
• Plate dishes to presentation standards before serving.
