BMC Catering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced cafe allrounder to keep the Dee Why Beach cafe running smoothly during peak periods. You’ll jump in wherever needed, from espresso making to serving customers and clearing dishes.

The role requires high energy, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle weekend rushes in a busy beachside setting. 30–35 hours per week with weekend shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Barista/coffee-making experience in a fast-paced cafe
• Proactive, get stuck in attitude with willingness to pull shots, run food, or clear plates
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Make espresso beverages quickly and accurately
• Greet regulars, take orders at the till, deliver fast, friendly service
• Serve food and coffees to tables, clear and sanitise dining area
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and support teammates during busy periods
