Billy’s Bar Espresso is a family-run cafe in Neutral Bay seeking a friendly, reliable all-rounder to join our small two-person team. Your main focus is serving customers and running the till, with confidence in coffee making and light sandwich prep.

Shifts typically start at 5:30 am and finish around 2 pm, so reliable early starts are essential. You’ll greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks and help with food prep while keeping the cafe clean and organised.

Qualifications

• Previous café experience with confident barista skills.
• Friendly, clear communication and great customer service.
• Confidence taking orders accurately and handling payments.
• Willingness to help across the whole café and stay organised during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders and operate the till.
• Make consistently good coffee and other drinks.
• Prepare sandwiches and handle simple food preparation.
• Keep the café clean and organised during daily setup and pack-down.
• Work closely with your teammate to keep service running smoothly.
