Job summary

STG Global Pty Ltd is a leading Australian manufacturer of specialised truck bodies, seeking a Business Development Manager to drive Vacuum Truck sales across Queensland. You will identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships and coordinate with engineering and production to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires travel throughout Queensland, driving license, and a track record in Vacuum Truck or hydro excavation sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and execute a sales plan for equipment solutions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for Vacuum Trucks for the QLD market.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Represent STG Global at events, demonstrations and meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
