Coronis Sunshine Coast is seeking a Business Development Manager to win new management business and build lasting client relationships across the region. You’ll meet property owners, appraise rentals, present Coronis services, and guide new clients through a smooth handover to their property manager, with a clear performance scoreboard and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of winning new management business and meeting targets.
• Strong network and pipeline-building abilities.
• Current Queensland real estate registration or licence.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service with relationship focus.
• Confidence talking to people and asking for the business.

Responsibilities

• Meet property owners, appraise rentals and present our management services.
• Follow up leads from the sales team, partners and marketing campaigns.
• Build a network of investors, developers, brokers and local businesses.
• Guide new clients through handover to their property manager.
• Track pipeline and results in our CRM.
