Hitachi Energy Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Services Manager for Power Conversion Systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to lead service delivery across PCS portfolio, focusing on legacy installed base and major projects.

You will manage service contracts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This full-time role is based in Lilydale, VIC, with no remote work.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Electrical/Controls
• Strong technical knowledge in power systems and electrical engineering
• Experience delivering large power system-based services (automation, generation, or control)
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage or inverter-based tech services is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage BESS service teams, allocating resources and ensuring delivery
• Execute SLAs and manage scope, schedule, quality and costs
• Monitor project financials: invoicing, budgets, cash flow and profitability
• Act as primary customer contact, manage stakeholder relationships and escalations
• Promote safety culture and ensure HSE compliance
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve field issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and maintain project/service documentation (scope, schedules, quality, EHS)
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure services and evaluate supplier proposals
• Provide leadership and continuous improvement across processes, tools and team capabilities
