Brookvale Plumbing is expanding its Showroom team, offering a hands-on Showroom Sales Consultant role to help customers choose bathroom products from leading brands. You’ll work with builders, renovators and designers to turn visions into reality.

This full- or part-time role emphasises a warm, consultative approach, quick rapport-building, and the ability to learn new systems while using a 3D Planner to visualise dreams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service and enjoy building relationships.
• Energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow.
• Warm, consultative approach with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Able to learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers and helping them choose bathroom products.
• Proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to grow sales.
• Creating and managing quotes and orders via email and phone.
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer’s dream to life.
• Visiting customer offices and sites to build relationships and win work.
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely.
