Job summary

Ken Hall, a trusted SA bathroom renovation brand, is seeking a design-savvy Bathroom Consultant for a full-time, client-facing sales role. You will guide clients from initial consultation through to deposit, delivering high-quality design concepts and a premier customer experience.

The role combines autonomy with strong incentives and career growth within a known SA company. You will work with our bathroom supervisor and in-house trades, travelling to client homes and office settings to close

Qualifications

• Experience in bathroom/kitchen design, selections or interiors.
• Strong sales and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage full customer journey from first consultation to deposit.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand their vision
• Present tailored design concepts that support confident buying decisions
• Guide customers through selections with clarity, expertise and warmth
• Own the process end-to-end — from first consultation through to securing the deposit
• Document and hand over accurate scopes, selections and plans
• Build strong relationships and deliver a five-star experience
• Work with in-house trades to bring projects to life
• Drive sales outcomes and maintain strong conversion rates from warm leads
• Celebrate project completion with final handover and gift
