Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Mini Mix operations to hit targets.
• Operate batching systems to produce concrete mixes per specs.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and resource allocation.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to drivers and plant staff.
• Monitor material inventories and stock levels.
• Maintain production, dispatch records and safety/compliance.
