Job summary

Concrite, part of the Boral Group, is seeking a motivated Batcher for its Canberra Mini Mix operations in Fyshwick. The role focuses on accurate batching, safe operation, and timely dispatch in a busy plant environment.

• Previous experience in concrete batching, construction materials, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching systems to produce concrete mixes to specification
• Coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of Mini Mix deliveries
• Monitor raw material levels and maintain stock control
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure product compliance
• Complete production and delivery documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

The Opportunity
