Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a Batcher in Charge to manage day-to-day operations at the Pittsworth Concrete Plant, with responsibility across two local plants. This autonomous role involves batching, admin tasks, and ensuring smooth batching and truck allocations, with occasional travel between sites using a company ute.

Standard hours are 6:00am–2:00pm, with overtime and Saturday mornings as required, and a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and site presentation.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
• Ability to complete daily plant administration.

Responsibilities

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs.
• Day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant.
• Batching and allocation of trucks for operations.
• Site housekeeping and equipment operation (front-end loader).
• Operate autonomously while maintaining safe, efficient site operations.
