Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Concrete Batcher on the Sunshine Coast to manage batching/loading for our fleet and ensure timely deliveries. You will liaise with customers, plan and prioritise orders, and help maintain quality and efficiency in operations.

Training will be provided for batching and logistics tasks. The role is permanent full-time, involves six days per week with overtime opportunities, and offers a safety-focused work environment within a globally recognised

Qualifications

• Concrete batching or truck scheduling/logistics experience is highly desirable but training will be provided.
• Permanent full-time role with 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.
• Front End Loader and forklift tickets are advantageous but can be gained in the role.

Concrete Batcher | Sunshine Coast

Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations based out of the Sunshine Coast.

In Your New Role With Us, You Will

• Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided.
