Pioneer North Queensland Pty Ltd - Woree QLD is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Batch er to join our team. This is a full-time, hands-on role in a fast-paced concrete plant where you will batch concrete accurately, assist with orders, stock control and site maintenance.

This is a full-time position offering consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and ongoing training and development. Comprehensive PPE and uniforms are supplied, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for

Formación

• Experience in batching, manufacturing, logistics or operations is desirable.
• Ability to learn plant systems and operate batching equipment.
• Current Construction White Card is required or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the concrete batching system to produce quality concrete products.
• Coordinate concrete orders and customer deliveries.
• Conduct plant and equipment pre-start inspections.
• Complete stock control activities and material reconciliations.
• Operate loaders and other mobile plant equipment where required.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• General yard duties, housekeeping and site maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality procedures.

Pioneer North Queensland (PNQ) is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Batcher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands‑on role, takes pride in delivering quality products, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of the concrete plant, ensuring concrete is batched accurately, safely, and delivered to meet customer requirements. No two days are the same, with your responsibilities covering batching operations, customer service, stock control, and site maintenance.

This is a full‑time position offering consistent hours, overtime opportunities, and ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Previous batching, manufacturing, logistics, or operational experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn plant systems.
• Current Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Loader ticket and operating experience highly regarded.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
