Job summary

St Albans Hospitality in Brisbane's James Street venues is seeking experienced bartenders to join our teams across Hellenika, SK Steak & Oyster, Sushi Room and Sunshine. Bring your passion for cocktails, wine and exceptional guest service to a fast-paced bar environment.

You will shake, pour and serve across cocktails, wine, beer and spirits with confidence, delivering friendly hospitality and seamless teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
• Solid cocktail, wine, beer and spirits knowledge.
• A confident, friendly and outgoing personality.
• The ability to stay sharp, organised and positive when the bar gets busy.
• A current Queensland RSA, full Australian working rights and availability across evenings and weekends.

We’re looking for bartenders who know their way around a busy bar, love creating a great guest experience and bring personality to every shift.

Whether you’re shaking cocktails, pouring the perfect wine or keeping things moving through a packed service, you’ll be working with great products, experienced teams and some seriously impressive venues.
