Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Perth is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Songbird venue. This part-time role requires a friendly, professional presence, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• RSA certification from a recognized provider.
• Food Safety Certification (City of Perth).

About The Role

Duties

• Use your customer service skills to provide guests with a personalized and memorable experience.
• Prepare drink and cocktail orders for guests, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Open and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and working area.

Skills & Experience

• Responsible Service of Alcohol from Nationally Accredited Training provider (RSA)
• I’m Alert Food Safety Certification (from City of Perth)
• Previous bartending experience desirable with sound cocktail knowledge
• Passion for customer service
• Unrestricted working rights for Australia
