Job summary

IGNIS Palm Cove is seeking a motivated Cocktail Bartender/Mixologist to join our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering memorable customer experiences in FNQ's newest dining concept.

You will oversee development of unique cocktail lists, create weekly specials, ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to staff training and restaurant policies.

Qualifications

• Extensive cocktail making experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a small team and assist others where needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of unique cocktail list and develop weekly cocktail specials.
• Ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service.
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
