The William Inglis Hotel – MGallery Collection in Sydney is seeking a passionate Bartender to shake, stir and craft memorable moments across 1867 Bar & Lounge, The Newmarket Room Restaurant and events. You’ll bring knowledge of cocktails, superb guest service and a RSA certificate, thriving in a fast-paced premium hospitality environment while connecting with guests and sharing your beverage expertise.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or beverage experience in premium hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage preparation and service techniques.
• Passion for connecting with guests and sharing beverage knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.
