Job summary

Postino Osteria Pty in Summer Hill is seeking a casual cocktail bartender to join our team. With a focus on classic cocktails and Italian hospitality, this role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest‑focused environment.

You’ll craft and serve cocktails, deliver friendly service at the bar and on the floor, keep the bar clean and stocked, and collaborate with the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience. 25–35 hours per week, with restaurant industry award rates plus tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a cocktail bar or similar venue.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service.
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail.
