Job summary

Pullman East Melbourne is seeking a friendly Bartender to join our premium food and beverage team. You will assist in preparing and serving beverages, keep the bar area clean, interact with guests, and support the wait staff in a team-focused setting, including nights and weekends.

Hold a valid RSA in Victoria, bring upscale-hotel experience, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with VIPs and regulars while maintaining hygiene, accuracy in billing, and compliance with liquor

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
• Upscale hotel setting experience is an asset.

Job Description

As a Bartender, you will assist in preparing and serving beverages, keeping the bar area clean, and ensuring an excellent guest experience. You'll interact with customers, provide great service, and support the wait staff in a team-focused, premium setting. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential!
