Accor is seeking a Barista / Restaurant All Rounder at Mantra Hindmarsh Square in Adelaide. You will welcome guests, craft beverages from coffee to specialty drinks, and support seamless service across outlets and events.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including coffee crafting and service.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Possession of a valid RSA or equivalent qualification for the country/territory.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Prepare a wide range of beverages from coffee to other drinks.
• Proactively upsell in a way that enhances guest experience.
• Assist in elevating dining experiences with personalised recommendations.

Nestled within the heart of Adelaide's CBD, you will find Mantra Hindmarsh Square. The property offers a range of self-contained apartment-style hotel suites, as well as one and two bedroom suites. Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, encompassing table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting skills (strongly valued)
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals
