EightyTwenty Food in Braddon, ACT is seeking an experienced Barista to join as a full-time team lead. The role blends hands-on barista duties with supervisory responsibilities to drive service standards and daily cafe operations.

You will craft high-quality beverages, oversee staff, manage shifts, and contribute to marketing and customer satisfaction initiatives while maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Competenze

• Proven barista experience with espresso craft at a high standard.
• Experience supervising or mentoring café staff.
• RSA certification preferred where applicable to role.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport with customers.

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages to high standards.
• Manage café operations during shifts, including stock, cash handling, and opening/closing tasks.
