Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Barista for casual shifts at our vibrant venue. You will manage the espresso station, craft a full range of beverages, and work efficiently to deliver excellent guest experiences during busy periods.

We value attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while collaborating with the Front of House team. Weekend availability is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume barista experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Espresso preparation and quality control at peak times.
• Dial in grinders, pull shots, texture milk to high standards.
• Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages with milk options.
• Maintain clean, stocked espresso bar and workflow.
• Ensure accurate orders and collaborate with Front of House.
