Cater Care Group is seeking a Barista / Allrounder for SAN Hospital Wahroonga, working at Sol Bowl / Piccolo Me. This permanent part-time role is ideal for someone who loves great coffee, chats with customers and thrives in a supportive café team.

You’ll craft quality coffee with care, greet customers, keep your station spotless, assist with food prep, and uphold hygiene standards while supporting colleagues across the outlet.

Qualifications

• Have previous Barista experience and understand the rhythm of a busy coffee service.
• Take pride in your craft and consistency.
• Enjoy the people side of hospitality and converse with customers.
• Bring a calm, positive attitude.
• Willing to help wherever needed; hospitality is a team effort.
• Want to build relationships rather than simply work a roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality coffee with the care and consistency that makes people want to come back
