Job summary

Miss Cocoa’s Coffee Roastery Drive-Thru is hiring a Café All-Rounder to join the busy team in Hervey Bay. Open to school leavers, the role covers front-of-house, kitchen and barista duties with a focus on delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Urraween, initial hours are 20+ per week on a casual basis, with shifts across early mornings and weekends. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience in front of house and kitchen is preferred.
• Barista duties experience desirable.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items.
• Operate the point of sale and handle transactions.
• Assist with kitchen duties and dishwashing.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety and health guidelines.
