Three Hungry Birds Café in Derrimut, near Melbourne, seeks an experienced full-time barista/all-rounder to join our busy weekday team. You’ll craft quality milk-based coffees, connect with regular customers, and help with cafe duties when needed.

The role requires a friendly, proactive team player who can work independently and on the floor as required. We value consistency, reliability and a positive, outgoing personality.

Three Hungry Birds Café in Derrimut is looking for an experienced full-time barista/all-rounder to join our team.

We're a busy Monday-Friday café with a strong base of regular customers, so we're looking for someone who not only makes a great coffee, but also enjoys getting to know customers and being part of a team.

We're looking for someone who:

This is predominantly a barista position, however we work as one team. During quieter periods, or when the floor gets busy, you'll be expected to jump in and help with taking orders, serving customers, clearing tables and general café duties.

We're looking for someone who is happy to move between the coffee machine and the floor rather than seeing themselves as 'barista only'.
