Aster Coffee, seeks passionate and dedicated baristas (all rounder) to join our dynamic team. As a casual hospitality professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our vibrant establishment.

At our cafe, we take pride in serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We seek an experienced barista who can thrive in a busy cafe environment while consistently producing exceptional coffee.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks (including lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, etc.) with precision and consistency.
• - Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.
• - Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring a positive experience.
• - Take orders, process payments, and handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
• - Support fellow team members with food preparation, cleaning, and general cafe duties.
• - Ensure that coffee and beverages meet our high taste, presentation, and quality standardqualifications.
• - Barista experience in a fast-paced cafe environment (experience in specialty coffee is a plus).
• - Ability to multitask effectively and stay organised in a busy environment.
