Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Casual Barista to join our team at Hotel Woolstore 1888.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves coffee, enjoys connecting with people and has experience delivering attentive, personalised table service in an à la carte or café‑style environment. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and locals, serving quality coffee and providing an exceptional dining experience.

With a hands‑on approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll bring a genuine passion for hospitality and contribute positively to our close‑knit team.

Qualifications

• Proven barista experience, with strong coffee‑making skills and knowledge of coffee preparation.
• Experience providing table service in an à la carte restaurant or café‑style environment.
• A friendly, customer‑focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage coffee orders and table service efficiently during busy periods.
• A positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a collaborative team spirit.
