One FUSION is seeking a Restaurant & Bar All Rounder to join our hospitality team in Bundoora, Victoria. This full-time role spans both dining room and bar service in a fast-paced environment, starting as a casual position and progressing with proven performance.

You will deliver attentive service, glassware and beverage presentation, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends within a dynamic venue focused on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or bar service or similar hospitality roles.
• Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, health and safety.
• Able to stand long periods and carry items safely.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude with commitment to guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Provide table service in the restaurant, taking orders and serving food and drinks.
• Deliver bar service, prepare and serve drinks, manage till, maintain bar hygiene.
• Greet and seat guests professionally and respond to needs promptly.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness and presentation.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash with integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, specials, and beverages to make recommendations.
• Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and keeping a clean workspace.
• Adapt to busy periods, events, or quieter shifts.

One FUSION is seeking a Restaurant & Bar All Rounder to join our hospitality team in Bundoora, Victoria.

This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work across both our restaurant and bar operations in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment. Starting out as a casual position, until proven.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and attentive table service to guests in the restaurant, taking orders and serving food and beverages with excellence
• Deliver exceptional bar service, including preparing and serving drinks, managing the till, and maintaining bar hygiene standards
• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner, responding to their needs promptly and courteously
• Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
• Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash with integrity
• Maintain knowledge of our menu, specials, and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations to guests
• Assist with general duties including stock rotation, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adapt flexibly to different service settings, whether busy periods, special events, or quieter shifts

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in restaurant or bar service, or a combination of hospitality roles demonstrating versatility
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, working collaboratively with colleagues across all departments
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including health and safety compliance
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely during service
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences
• Preferred: Current responsible service of alcohol certification or willingness to obtain it
• Preferred: Experience in a similar multi‑faceted hospitality role or fine dining establishment
