Job summary

The Mex in Ocean Grove is seeking energetic, professional bar attendants and wait staff to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering a first-class customer experience in a lively hospitality setting.

Candidates with bar experience and cocktail making are preferred, but transferable skills will be considered. A current RSA and right to work in Australia are required to be eligible to work in our venue.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assess customer needs and preferences, making recommendations as required.

• Monitor patrons' behaviour and intake, taking action to ensure safety.
• Clean and maintain a tidy bar and surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

The Mex in Ocean Grove has been an institution on the Bellarine peninsula for over 30 years. We pride ourselves on providing a fun and professional experience for both our customers and employees.

We are searching for energetic, professional, customer focused and reliable bar attendants and wait staff.

Candidates with demonstrated bar experience and cocktail making preferred however we will consider those with transferable skills.

We are also seeking front of house wait staff to assist in providing a first class customer experience.

Current responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and right to work in Australia required.
