Job summary

Evt Group is seeking a Reservation Booking Manager to join our team in Australia. You will oversee reservations for adventure packages, coordinate communications with clients by phone and email, and collaborate with sales/marketing to promote offers.

You will use reservation software to track bookings and payments and work with operations to ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.
