The Pendle Inn Hotel in Pendle Hill, NSW is seeking a Bar Staff / Gaming Attendant. In this casual role you will provide excellent customer service in a lively bar and gaming area while maintaining stock, handling payments, and following liquor laws.

You’ll need at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication and people skills, and RSA/RCG/ARCG certification. Shifts include evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays; pub duty management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bar or gaming attendant role.
• RSA, RCG & ARCG certifications are required.
• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
• Pub duty manager experience would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and serving customers in the bar and gaming areas with a friendly and professional manner.
• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Ensuring the bar and gaming areas are well‑stocked and maintained to a high standard.
• Providing assistance and guidance to customers using the gaming facilities.
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Adhering to liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol policies.
• Assisting with other tasks to support the smooth running of the hotel.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and serving customers in the bar and gaming areas with a friendly and professional manner
• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Ensuring the bar and gaming areas are well‑stocked and maintained to a high standard
• Providing assistance and guidance to customers using the gaming facilities
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol policies
• Assisting with other tasks as required to support the smooth running of the hotel

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bar or gaming attendant role
• A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

MUST HAVE RSA, RCG & ARCG

• TAB & KENO knowledge
• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts, Mostly for evenings/overnight, weekends and public holidays
• Would be suitable for some one looking for 25+ hours a week
• Past Pub Duty manager experience would be a plus
