Job summary

Staff Needed on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Staffmember to join our crew on a casual basis, working 15 to 38 hours per week including weekend and evening shifts. You will pour drinks, greet customers, operate the POS, and keep the bar clean and stocked.

We value a friendly energy, previous hospitality experience, a valid RSA certificate, and a team-first attitude. You will join a welcoming space with flexible rostering, free staff meals on shift, and regular social events.

Qualifications

• Prior bar or hospitality experience required.
• Current RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• Friendly, upbeat personality and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during peak hours.
• Reliability and a team-first attitude.
