SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead The District, our high‑energy sports bar and entertainment precinct in Adelaide. You will drive service standards, events, supplier partnerships, stock control and team performance to deliver an exceptional guest experience and standout beverage offering.

You’ll work closely with the Bars Manager to elevate our food and beverage offering, lead and develop your team, maximise financial performance and ensure smooth daily operations in

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ management experience in a sports bar or entertainment precinct.
• Proven leadership in high‑volume bar operations.
• Extensive beverage knowledge.
• Solid understanding of legislative requirements (casino experience a bonus).
• Excellent communication and high computer literacy.

SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the daily operations and commercial performance of The District, our high‑energy sports bar and entertainment precinct. You’ll drive service standards, events, supplier partnerships, stock control, menus and team performance all while delivering an exceptional guest experience and standout beverage offering.

About the opportunity

You’ll work closely with the Bars Manager to elevate our food and beverage offering, ensure staff have strong product knowledge, and maintain The District’s reputation for top‑tier service. You’ll lead and develop your team, maximise financial performance, and keep the venue running smoothly.

About you

You’re a natural leader with strong food and beverage knowledge, commercial awareness and a passion for high‑volume hospitality. You bring confidence, energy and the ability to support the Venue Manager with both operations and administration.

You’ll also have:

• 5+ years’ management experience in a sports bar or entertainment precinct
• Proven leadership in high‑volume bar operations
• Extensive beverage knowledge
• Solid understanding of legislative requirements (casino experience a bonus)
• Excellent communication and high computer literacy
