Odd Culture Group is seeking passionate Bar Managers and Cocktail Bartenders to join our Sydney venues, from neighbourhood pubs to late-night cocktail bars and live music destinations. You’ll take ownership of operations, lead teams, and craft high-quality cocktails while delivering memorable guest experiences.

You’ll bring pride in your craft, strong communication, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. NSW RSA is required.

• Experience in bartending, bar management or a similar hospitality role.
• Pride in your craft and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication, energy and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of day-to-day bar/venue operations.
• Lead, train and develop the team to build a positive culture.
• Maintain high standards across drinks, service and presentation.
• Manage stock, beverage GP, labour and costs.
• Monitor performance and identify revenue/efficiency improvements.
• Deliver warm, knowledgeable service to guests.
