Job summary

Greencliff Realty in Sydney is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily operations, optimise service and drive memorable guest experiences.

You will train staff, manage inventories, develop drink menus and promotions, and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Bar Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of bar management, drinks and mixology.
• RSA certificate currently held.
• Solid understanding of OH&S/WHS.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
