The George on Collins in Melbourne is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and elevate service standards. You will drive the beverage program and inspire a talented team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will bring premium, high-volume venue experience, deep knowledge of cocktails and beverages, and strong stock-control and leadership skills. Availability for evenings, weekends and late nights is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Bar Manager or senior leadership experience in a premium, high-volume venue.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and premium beverages.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent organisation and stock management experience.
• A passion for innovation and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and late nights.
