Qualifications

• 1 year bar management experience or more.
• Ability to lead, train and develop a bar team.
• Confident leading high-volume operations while keeping the team motivated.
• Commercial awareness: stock, costs, purchasing, and financial controls.
• Commitment to food safety, workplace safety and venue presentation
• Natural coach who develops people and builds high-performing teams
• Willingness to lead from the front during busy service
• RSA and Approved Managers Certificate essential

We’re on the hunt for a legend – Bar Manager, to join our crew.

What You’ll Be Owning:

• Leading every shift with confidence, creating an energetic atmosphere where great service and memorable experiences come naturally.
• Building a high-performing team by recruiting, developing and inspiring people to deliver their best every day.
• Driving venue performance by identifying opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiency and deliver strong commercial results.
• Managing operations across the venue, including running the bar and functions.
• Creating a culture of genuine hospitality, empowering your team to connect with guests and turn first-time visitors into regulars.
• Owning the operational heartbeat of the venue, ensuring every service is well prepared, well executed and delivered to the highest standard.
• Partnering with the kitchen and bar to keep communication flowing, service seamless and every plate and drink leaving the pass with pride.
• Setting the standard for presentation across the venue, creating an environment that guests love spending time in.
• Coaching your team on the floor, providing real-time feedback and celebrating wins while continuously lifting performance.
• Keeping a close eye on the numbers, using reporting and operational insights to make informed decisions that support the success of the business and build revenue.
• Helping deliver the moments that make Fridays famous, from busy weekends to celebrations, functions and everything in between.
• Leading from the front—whether that's welcoming guests, supporting the team during peak periods or jumping in wherever you're needed.

Who You Are:

• 1 year bar management experience.
• The ability to lead, train and develop a bar team.
• Confident leading high-volume operations while keeping your team motivated and engaged
• Commercially minded, with experience managing stock, costs, purchasing and financial controls
• Committed to maintaining exceptional food safety, workplace safety and venue presentation standards
• A natural coach who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams
• Someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves during busy service
• RSA and Approved Managers Certificate essential.
