TGI Fridays in New South Wales is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a busy restaurant floor, directing up to 40 team members, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards with energy and excellence.

You will energise service, deliver memorable guest experiences across shifts, and thrive in a fast-paced setting focused on cost control, team spirit, and a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Qualifications

• A natural-born leader with 2–3 years of running venues under your belt.
• Strong ability to manage a high-energy service floor and lead a team.
