Job summary

Young Hotels Group is hiring bar and gaming staff for Five Dock & Illinois Hotels. You will serve drinks, deliver tray service to gaming guests, take orders, handle cash/EFTPOS, and keep the bar stocked and presentable.

Join us to create a welcoming atmosphere and assist guests with requests. You must hold a current RSA & RCG; ARCG is preferred but not essential. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and public holidays is required. Visa seekers welcome.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and a professional, approachable manner.
• Experience in hospitality or bar/gaming is preferred but not essential.
• Stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Current RSA & RCG. ARCG preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Pride in appearance and ability to follow instructions without phone use.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming atmosphereby greeting guests and assisting with requests.
• Maintaining compliancewith your RSA and RSG training.
• Keeping things clean, safe, and organiserbehind the bar and on the gaming floor.

What we're looking for

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous hospitality or bar/gaming experience (not essential).
• Communicate clearly and bring aprofessional, approachable manner.
• Stay calm and organised in afast-paced environment.
• Hold acurrent RSA & RCG. Advanced RCG (ARCG)preferred but not essential.
• Are flexible to worknights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Someone who takes pride in their appearance.
• Must be comfortable taking instructions and not use phones during shifts.
