Young Hotels Group is hiring bar and gaming staff for Five Dock & Illinois Hotels. You will serve drinks, deliver tray service to gaming guests, take orders, handle cash/EFTPOS, and keep the bar stocked and presentable.

Join us to create a welcoming atmosphere and assist guests with requests. You must hold a current RSA & RCG; ARCG is preferred but not essential. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and public holidays is required. Visa seekers welcome.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and a professional, approachable manner.
• Experience in hospitality or bar/gaming is preferred but not essential.
• Stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• Current RSA & RCG. ARCG preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Pride in appearance and ability to follow instructions without phone use.

Responsabilités

• Serve drinks and cocktails with consistency and care.
• Deliver tray service to gaming guests with a big smile.
• Take orders, handle cash/EFTPOS, and keep the bar stocked and presentable.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and assisting with requests.
• Maintain compliance with RSA and RSG training.
• Keep areas clean, safe, and organised behind the bar and on the gaming floor.
